  1. Where are you getting these supposed 2 weeks to restore electricity for Ukraine? Dima are you dreaming? restoring a powerplant would take you 5 years. Restoring an electricity substation would take you at least a few months. Russia could blackout Ukraine any moment, and Ukraine won't be able to recover, as simple as that. They would just have to be using diesel generators, which you would need alot of fuel for that and alot of diesel generators... which would be a nightmare , and it would be impossible to restore everything... not in 2 weeks thats for sure.
