Those 500 used lancet drones are of all versions, and the first version of lancet wasn't as effective , according to the recent reports , the latest version of lancet drone had destroyed every single target.

@Kris P. Bacon Not really. You are thinking about it 2 dimensionally when in reality , the longer this conflict lasts the faster the west will fall. If you know that you are going to win in the end anyway(which Russia does) then it makes perfect sense to drag it as much as possible for your enemy to waste the most resources on it. For the US it's a proxy war, for Russia it's the war on it's border. So this war is very cheap for Russia and very expensive for the US. The longer it lasts the better it is for Russia. And when the west decides to eventually capitulate then Russia can declare an all out win , and the war will end that very same moment.

@Kris P. Bacon Yes. The enemy always adapts. So why do you consider enemy only from one side? For each side the enemy is the opposing side. And everyone adapts. Russia is adapting much faster and it's much easier for Russia to adapt than for the west. Russia is losing the bare minimum of troops, nothing compare to a much worse potential outcome if it stops everything now, postponing the war for a much worse outcome with more casualties . Russia is losing around 30k troops a year (give or take) , yet it's total death tall for any reason is around 2 mil. people (for the whole country) per year, which is just over 1% of all deaths (also around the same # of newborn babies), that is nothing compared to the whole number of deceased people for any reason in Russia. That level of conflict Russia can sustain an indefinite amount of time (without it affecting Russia) unlike for the west, which can not. Give yourself some time and study the situation as if it was a project for high school advanced class credit.
