  2. 10:41 Russia was not "backwards compare to the west". TIK I respect you and you work, so don't take it personally please, but this is literally parroting communist propaganda. Russian Empire was fine prior to the communist times, after which they obviously ceased the power, and told everyone for 100 years that Russia was backwards during Tsarists times in order to legitimize their communist regime in Russia. That's the whole point and where this whole myth lies with regards to "backwards Russian Empire days" where in fact it was the exact opposite. Thanks TIK.
