Same with me in Canada, tried many times but the hoops and paperwork take the joy out of it.

Makes a person wonder if it's all be design. We just need to sort out which areas of the World aren't into such foolishness.

@darrinelford1473 yes, the last few years have really shaken up my world view about 'enticing' places to live. Heck, even been checking out Madagascar :) The nightlife description does sound fun though :D

@eliasadam2345 it's the past few years of abuse of the population by the governments. They told MANY people they were non essential. So they said F U and went to the beach ;) Also, enforced home stays made many realize what was important in life, and that did not include being a barista :D
