Grats on the million dollar club, I too would like to get there one day :-) I don't think stock market will the primary way because that's slow and steady is "eventually" hit 1mil. I'm looking to start buying a few rentals local or national, deff have capital to buy buy think I will use my home equity to purchase some 50-70k rentals hoping to get an ROI of around 10% or higher. Think, I'm ok along the lines of a path, as far as mentoring goes maybe discus how/where you find rentals do you buy local or ones scattered through the U.S etc. Always willing to chat tho Anyways thanks for your vids, I'm working my way up too on that path :-)

  2. Exactly, stock market slow and steady, but i want to retire asap = need to step up my game. Married with a kiddo, so would really like to step up and work hard teach the kiddo who is currently 2 to do the same and keep it going forward. Anyone can do it, just a mental thing.
