They arent bombing civilians they are destroying the electric grid which has actual military implications Also they arent running out if anything they have just debuted their newest kamikaze drone the lancet ZALA which has like more than enough videos of it to prove they are in large numbers. Ok lets assume that the sheer cope of using older missiles or non nuclear icmbs was true which it isnt the us also used such weapons
