  1. Microstrategy has a 0% interest expense on all of its debt, and they are able to sell those bonds because they are convertible bonds which have options attached. The convertible bond funds short the equity to remain delta neutral, and they close out those shorts when they convert to equity. The result of all this financial engineering is net accretion in terms of satoshis per share. It is much more sophisticated than summarized in this video.
