Puerto Ricans have fought in all our Wars especially since WW2 , wouldn't it be wise to cultivate their Votes - either make them an equal State , or an Independent Country , their in Limbo . Trump only went there one , to hand out Paper Towels after the Island stuffers a Weather Catastrophe.
