  1. A street car is just a less functional more capital intensive version of a bus.... so why do we need street cars? As far as I can tell the only reason is that hipster millennials with money like them because they're trendy. So yes if you build a street car more well off people will move there because it is a novelty/attraction that adds to the character, but in reality a bus is a more cost effective solution.
