THE so (wrongly) called «ruSS "federation"» only exists since1991! Plus, TENS of new countries within the European Continent and allover the world (in 4 other continents, in Asia, Africa, America, Oceania) were created during the 20th (XX) century, and even in this 21st (XXI) century! Ukraine is much older/ancient than that.
