  1. They won't turn thetapes over because they know it won't match the written transcript. That is evidence tampering and altering an official Document. It will show just how bad Joe was OR there was no interview on tape and they just made up a transcript. Subpoena the Tapes. If they don't turn them over, send Garland to Jail till he does.
