@vanpeters9751 They can't rule against it. Its right in Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 of the Constitution. Must be a "Natural Born Citizen". Immigration law states what a NBC is. It only appears in one place, thats for President. "All laws repugnant to the Constitution are null & void". Marbury V Madison 1803.

@gizzyguzzi No, its does not say "naturalized". It specifically says "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN". A naturalized citizen is someone who came here LEGALLY, followed the law, put in their time, PAID TAX, didn't leech off taxpayers, then the become "Naturalized" just "citizens". My ppl came here from Europe prior to the siging of the Constitution, were here September 17, 1787 and were just citizens. Their children are Natural born. My mothers people, the Native People were here before anyone, yet the Indian did not get "citizenship" until June 2 1923. They considered them Native citizen, not Natural because they didn't want Native ppl as President. That made my mother 1st generation Natural Born Citizen in 1931, I am then 2nd Generation "Natural Born Citizen." Get it? Got it? Good.

@donsheffler Incorrect. I am a 3rd Generation Natural Born Citizen because of my Parents. Parentage is everything to being Natural Born. I was born on American soil of a Natural Born Citizen Father. My Grandfather who was Native Indian did not gain US citizenship until June 2, 1923. That made him just a citizen. My mother was then considered Natural Born when she was born in 1931. Maybe you should read the legislation & understand it, prior to making incorrect statements.

@averydaymond1560 Obama's mother gave up her citizenship for Indonesian citizenship to marry Lolo Soetoro. She was not old enough to transfer citizenship to Barry. Barry was British by his fathers blood and british law. British Nationality Act 1948. The blood of the child follows the blood of the father. Kenya was not sovereign until 1963, 2 years after Obama was born to a british father.

@donsheffler No darlin. He was a Dual citizen and relinquishwd his Canadian citizenship, but that only made him a citizen, not a Natural born citizen. There is a difference and a reason a President must be a Natural Born Citizen. The term Natural Born Citizen only appears one time in the Constitution in Art 2 Section 1 Clause 5. A President must have no other ties or allegiances to any other country like Obama did. Obama was NEVER eligible. I also had the two different certifications Pelosi Signed. They lied to get hin installed.

@medivo87 No. 2A stands alone. No, 14th Amendment are to determine just "citizens". Article 2 is the only place you'll see "Natural Born Citizen". The purpose is so the President has NO allegiance to any other Nation. It was discovered Chester Arthur was really British, thats why he didn't get a 2nd term and returned to England. It also speaks of Usurpations in the Declaration of Independence as well. A "Natural Born Citizen" is someone Born on American soil of citizen Parents. They must also have resided here for 14 years. Obama did not. His mother took him to Indonesia as a child, where Lolo Soetoro adopted him. He had to give up other citizenship as Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship. @gizzyguzzi I have. Even the Minister of lands in Kenya admitted Obama was born in Kenya and there are two videos of Obama admitting he was not born in America, but in Kenya. Obama was born a British citizen under the British Nationality act of 1948. The blood of the child follows the blood of the father. The only otherctime that happened was Chester Arthur. He got caught and could not have another term. He went back to England.

@donsheffler All of them except the one about there not being an Amendment to change the Constitution Natural Born Clause. I even question if His mother was his real mother. The lawyers on the case had a picture from a Polaroid wuth the date july 1961 sitting on a beach in a white swimsuit and she was NOT pregnant. Obama was allegedly not born until August 4, 1961. She should have been huge fat at that point when the picture was taken. In the March 25th 2009 Kenyan Hansard ( a record of their Parliment on Page 31 Half way dowb, The minister of lands questioned how Obama can be President in America when he was born in Kenya.

@medivo87 Imo Yes. It should have been, but Perkins Coie, his lawyers kept it out of court, so one of the Attorneys on the case delivered a suitcase full of evidence to Justice Scalia at an event he was speaking at and he ended up dead in Obamas 2nd illigitimate term.

@medivo87 They waited to take the cases until he was elected, then claimed Preidential immunity. I even had copies of the two different certifications. Some states required an affidavit stating the nominee was Article 2 eligible Constutionally like Colorado where they held their convention and two others. 1 being NH and Hawaii. Those are the only ones requirung that. HI was hiding everything. I got my hands on two different certifications one for CO said he was "Constitutionally eligible" and the ithers did not make that certification of being Art 2 eligible.

@donsheffler Read the Constitution and immigration law. Anchor Babies are just that but they let them be just citizens (Unconstitutional DACA). They can never run for President. The only executive they could be is a Governor or a Congressperson.

@donsheffler Not true. If it didn't Parentage wouldn't be in the law, but it is. Marco Rubio isn't eligible either. His parents didnt get American Citizenship until he was 5 years old. He is Not a Natural Born Citizen. Just read the laws. Don't tell someone who already did the research they are wrong. I don't know what these lefties are telling you, but its not the truth. They do that Knowing you will never properly educate yourself.
