  1. It should be a required class and before graduation, must pass a test on the Constitution, Declaration, Bill of Rights & a citizenship test. They did that in my state in 1978 but kids couldn't pass the tests so they ended the test instead of properly teaching the kids.

  2. Ah so they are reading the 1871 version. The DC Corporate Constitution, not the 1787 version as written.
