Not necessarily. Cops showed up at my house with NO warrant. I asked to read it and they said they don't have it with them, that its on file. I said I have a right to read a warrant stating places to be searched and a list of items ir ppl being taken. The cop got nasty with me for asking for my rights, then threatenef to destroy my property if I dodnt let them in without a warrant. One cop could have been attacked by my dog and shot for jumping my fence illegally and creeping across my yard out of uniform illegally. They had no right to be there without a warrant. The crooked cops & leftist Government gotta go.
