  1. The house can impeach all they want, but there has to be 67 votes to convict & remove. However, Article 2 Section 4 states: The President and Vice President SHALL be impeached and removed for Treason, Bribery and other high crimes and Misdemeanors ". They have the evidence so every Senator must vote guilty & remove them.
