Its the Senate who won't convict either one. They will lose power if they do. Good thing is Congress would have to vote in a new POTUS to finish the term and Republicans hold 30 of 50 seats.

@BenDover-ut4cj Actually hes right. There were two fraudulent Impeachments on party lines only, then he was Acquitted in the Senate. The impeachments did stand because the house was held by Demonrats and it was a demonrat party impeachment. But yes, he was Acquitted both times and now Schifty Schitt is being centured and fined 16 Million dollars for lying about Russiagate, lying on the dias and lying to Americans.
