  1. I agree. There shouldcbe a special election. She can only serve out the remainder of Diane Chinasteins term anyway, then she has to run to keep it. I'm checking the Federal Constitution on it, the State Constitution should have the procedure too. The ppl should always have the say on who represents them. This is a Federal seat. You would think the Federal Constitution has authority over State in a federal position.
