  3.  @Jesskiks  What concept? Do you think the USA would have been founded if the Constitution forbid slavery? There would have been a rebellion. That's common sense. The Founding Fathers knew the slavery problem would not be easy to solve. Slavery was a worldwide condition not a sole USS problem.
