  1. We could do with a proper choice in the UK. Right now you have the supermarkets - and a farm shop if you're lucky. There needs to be something in the middle capable of striking a good deal for both consumers and producers. Something you can depend on to have a decent range and isn't just a tourist shop. And what about street markets? They just sell imported tat. The few stalls offering food are foreign and a wee bit expensive once everything's accounted for.
