  1. The more guns a society has, the more guns it needs. The US has chosen that path, and must cope with the consequences. A bit of honesty wouldn't go amiss but mostly I see self-delusion and backwards arguments where the facts are massaged to reach an already chosen conclusion. It's self-defeating and sad.
