  1. Systemic racism from the federal government to the local city halls that made African American dependent. They blocked every opportunity for advancement, red lined their residences, sub standard schooling, blocked them from every work opportunity, and forced them in public housing concentration camps. They forced them to depend on food stamps, welfare, handouts, and took away their dignity.
