  1. Lack of education and understanding of basic economical policies, markets, society, immigration laws, etc... If you look at Missouri all of the state outside of Kansas City Metro, St. Louis Metro, and Columbia who voted Blue, the rest are red. Are they racists? I don't think they are like that, nice kind people but they are not educated. What can be done? Education, other than your normal K-12 and college. Education in real issues of life, economy, and politics. Open their eyes.
