  6.  @thedave8097  how can someone fleeing for their life and making a dangerous journey, instantly produce proof on arrival? Some maybe can. Not all. It’s not a reasonable expectation. The process exists to verify those people’s claims. I’m not sure it’s possible for it to work any other way. Or is it just the fact they arrive that bothers you? Then thats just you and not the process isn’t it?

  7.  @thedave8097  you seem to be focusing quite a lot on your perception of the character of the claimants rather than the system. That’s telling and expected. However, I put it to you, how can such claims be verified in an instant? And until they do, the claimants must be accommodated and cared for. It’s very hard in some cases to verify things and that has to take some time. They are incompetent, yes. But that is not the fault of the claimants is it?
