Seems utterly obvious to me that with this hate speech law, people loke Humza will continue to make their speech about "huwhite" people and everyone else with genuine concerns can be compelled to silence. Much the same for the Labour islamophobia law. If a muslim chooses to frame literally anything in a religious light you'll fall foul of it.
