There is 2,6% unemployment in Russia, which is almost 4 million people. I do not see how that is bad for Russia and that Smart guy did not explain it in the slightest. And the newly created jobs are largely in military industry, which is very much needed. At 3:03 it's obvious even the Smart guy is disgusted by the ridiculous spin he was paid to push.
