  2.  @tomstory8502  a refugee is someone fleeing due to threat of death or other substantial harm or persecution. The vast majority of these illegals are not. Furthermore, if some are, then they still have right to seek asylum here. In the meantime they are safe and will be looked after in Rwanda. They will also be offered the chance of a new life in Rwanda regardless of the success or not of thier asylum claim. If they are really refugees, they should not even be arguing about this.
