  1. My chiropractor told me to roll a rolling pin up and down along the outside of both legs. "Don't hit me." I was screaming-hurt SO bad! I have FMS, and yeah-my fibrous tissues hurt like hell. It's great to learn about the part of my body that is severely messed up.
