  2. Going by how WION covers the BRICS meeting, you would think India was the dominant member. In fact India is only 3rd tier after China and Russia. This is how the Modi PR machine works....trying to change the dense Indian perception that India is a world leader. Even sh1t covered in chocolate is still sh1t....that my friend, is India currently.
