  1. In Baltic states, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan etc. ethnic Russians were inserted during Soviet times plus Stalin's wholesale population transfers. Some of these people instead of coming to an understanding with the locals, dream of Imperial Russia. This woman made the mistake of converting a ethnic dispute/civil war into an Imperial Russia project.
