@IAMYOURHUMBLESERVANT Fool, the territorial waters extend to a limit. Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey also have their territorial waters in the Black Sea. Plus there is international airspace. Check up and get back.

@OBrandt-i5c You manufacture laws by prefixing "clearly". Russia manufactures its borders as it wishes, which change over time and even refers to some 12th century history. China manufactures borders with its historic "9 dash line" and territory it has never controlled. I do not care for manufactured laws and I hope nations will enforce laws agreed upon.
