Even if low you still paying much more than other states because of California’s messed up economy and housing price markets. Where did all of the Americans go? Minority in many parts of California now. Also California has propaganda tv ads all over America even as far as Michigan to try to entice the other states residents to move to California. Many cities are bankrupt in California as well.
