If u gave a loan to me and I used it but didn't give u back when the time came. You would sue or threatened me or anyone else if no one else gave u the money back.its a loan not free money.

If China is gonna land its troops for 10% interest then Japan also will land their troops cuz of the 10.9%. @lynnmichael857 dosent india build military bases? Cuz the last time I checked there are quite a few navy bases armed with battleships in the Indian ocean. Plus why can US build navy bases anywhere they like and China can't. It seems like ur doing double standards again aren't you.
