  1. Caution, wait and see! The CCP has announced measures regarding the easing if zero COVID and housing industry bailout. The announced measures are intentions and must be taken with caution. Better to wait and see the detailed descriptions; and especially how and when these intentions will be implemented. The CCP excel at public relation manipulations. Are these intentions tailored for foreign investors? In the past the CCP has not always delivered on its promises.
