Of course, items donated to Ukraine are simply "sitting there waiting to be dismantled, giving them to Ukraine saves the cost" and yet, when stacks of Soviet-era equipment is blown up by munitions more valuable than the target, the rallying cry is, "hail Saint Javelin" with precisely ZERO mention of the modern equipment being constructed in Russia by a country now on a war footing of sorts. What I REALLY don't understand is the "hurf during turret tossing," noises coming from NAFO, when Ukrainian tanks do EXACTLY the same thing, which is ever so conveniently ignored.
