  1. Oh yeah, "The Scarlet Letter" and "The Mayor of Casterbridge" were so attention grabbing. We go to school to learn to HATE School! I started reading Science Fiction in 4th grade. It actually had more ideas in less verbiage than the Literature that educators select. A Fall of Moondust by Arthur C Clarke Orphans of the Sky by Robert Heinlein The Gods Themselves by Isaac Asimov There is a bunch of free SF on the Internet now.
