  1. The money story looks to be Russian propaganda. I doubt Ashraf Ghani took money like that. No one keeps cash reserve in that way. And Russian media is notorious for spreading fake news. It is highly probable that the plan was to assassinate or jail him but when he fled , the plan became malign him.
