They simply got a small territory which they should have otherwise managed to do by peaceful dialogs. Azeri Armenian conflict will go on because now Armenians will prepare to take that territory back. As soon as Russia weakens Armenians will come back.

@sankalpn5669 I commented on Azeri Armenian issue. IN BD issue totally different. Both are friendly countries so both agreed to do it , it was easy as both sides had big heart. IN PAK issue is also different. The point is war did not solve that issue. IN PAK will keep fighting for next 100 years but problem will not solve. Because its a political problem , not a military problem. You can not solve a political problem with army.

@sankalpn5669 Again , the main question whether Kashmir should remain in India , join Pak or be independent is a political problem where the involved parties are Pak , Indian govt and Kashmiri people. It depends on how this three sides want to play this but at the end of the day it is a political problem. Kashmir could have been easily assimilated into India if India did not try to destroy democracy in Kashmir during Nehru era. The problem aggravated as Indian state consistently undermined democratic system in Kashmir , rigged election arrested leaders etc. And Pak kept pushing insurgent to fan dissatisfaction among Kashmiris. Its all political.

@sreekr Every conflict has geo strategic angle. That does not make it a military issue. But when Kashmir problem started it did not start because of geo strategy. After war Kashmir was peaceful. It started because of people of Kashmir. Congress jailed Shekh Abdulla just like today BJP is jailing Mehbuba Mufti.

@lecorsaire2283 You should tell your friends that they should not push terrorist and army inside Azerbaijan to take away their land. It was never Armenian land , it is recognized as Azeri land by international law. Armenia was acting like Pakistan. Even Israel supported Azerbaijan.

@lecorsaire2283 Actually earliest census shows it was mainly a Azeri land. No one cares about 2000 years. At present Azerbaijan has a internationally recognized border. This is modern times. No one can claim a land just because it belonged to them 2000 years ago.

@vibhavdeshpande8196 Ya I also know from my first hand experience of talking with Kashmiris then they are extremely upset and angry that their leaders are jailed and all of their party workers are under house arrest by a brutal regime. Maybe you should have talked to different set of people. LOL
