He did if you cared to watch the full video. 85% Muslim women in Bengal dont want more than 2 kids. Why drag religion in this ? When things are not in your favor suddenly religion is important ? LOL If the average fertility rate of a state is going down it automatically means the entire community of all religions have lower fertility. Moreover 70% of WB's population is Hindu. It is pointless to even think about rest because Hindus already have HUGE numerical advantage.

It also shows the latest data of women wanting third child. 85% WB Muslim women DONT want third child. ITs pretty convincing and enough to prove that population decline is a fact and it does not depend on religion.

Until you can explain that I think rest is very silly argument. Data in this video clearly shows even Muslim dominated states have lower birthrate but Hindu dominated state UP has higher birth rate.

WB has second highest Muslim population after UP. In case if large scale gap of fertility rate there wont be low gap between Hindu and Muslim women wanting less kids.
