@Ashima Batra Goa and UP are neither US nor Singapore. Singapore produce more wealth per capita , and US have more people to produce wealth. Thats how it becomes similar.

@Ashima Batra The context here was a false comparison between Goa and UP. US or Singapore is irrelevant because they are countries (not states) with vastly different economic system. There is no comparison.

@Ashima Batra Can , should , maybe these are all politician's talk. To show Goa as an example of development is very stupid. A state of 10 lakh people cant be example for UP. UP needs to fix EVERYTHING. It needs to be divided into smaller states .
