  1. @Kaushal Batavia LOL what a monumental nonsense ! 😃🤣🤣🤣 Actually it is the Generals who are running the country now , going by the caste percentage in Govt jobs , Result : HIGHEST number of COVID deaths and bodies floating in the river while some general caste Babas claiming animal urine can cure Corona or Kapaal bhaati can increase Oxygen in blood. LOL Thats what real caste system has done to India. Too much dependence on upper caste babas and a outdated religion created by the general.

  3. @Kaushal Batavia You can run away anywhere you want , you have the money. But you can not run away from the fact that the so called sob story of general talent is a myth. Prime example being the govt run by 80-90% general caste employees can not even do their job decently. India is a third world hell hole thanks to mostly upper caste politicians and babus. No matter where you go you will remain that lousy incompetent privileged man who blames others for his own failure. 🤣🤣🤣

Just leave the post vacant, stop recruitment , disqualify in interview etc. Gen. category persons take up more than 50% of government jobs. Further, their share rises as we go higher up the rank and file, at about 70% in Group A, or Class-1 posts. In IITs, most of the vacant faculty positions probably pertain to reserved-category candidates, since SCs and STs together account only for three per cent of all filled posts at the moment. For SCs, the vacancy in the position of Professor is 83%, and for the position of Associate Professor is 75%. For STs, it is 92% and 86%, respectively, against 48% and 38% in the general category.
