  1. I think SG has done a GRAVE injustice by selectively talking about farm law and avoiding some of the nasty details. Farmers can not go to court , govt servants can not be taken to court for literally 'ANYTHING' they have done..yes , literally the law says ANYTHING because it will be considered done in good faith. THis law is absolute nonsense. Why not talk about this law clause by clause and explain to viewers rather than gloss over it ?

Farm law 101 that SG tries to hide - " “No civil Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceedings in respect of any dispute which a Sub-Divisional Authority or the Appellate Authority is empowered by or under this Act to decide and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act or any rules made thereunder.” (Section 18)

  3. “No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or the State Government, or any officer of the Central Government or the State Government or any other person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.”(Section 13 of farm law) - now the question arises , why a govt claiming to pass a pro farmer law will put such a clause so that NO ONE can go to court in this system ???? Where is the trust ?

  4.  @aravindmural13  Very well but the ony difference IS Modi took several bad decisions back to back and Indian economy is ruined due to that UNLIKE Rao. Demonetization , GST are two disasters. Therefore bad result is already there for all to see. Who is failing ?

  5.  @aravindmural13  The problem is we have already been sold 'golden reforms' by the govt before and it all ended up being disasters. Modi should have talked with the farmers rather than steamrolling this law without talking to anyone. Farmers have fears and Modi with his giant ego thought he can walk all over them.

  6.  @Aditya-vb8sm  Where did you get info that Pvt players had no major role in UPA when Arun Jaitly opposed it ?? And who told you that Pvt players means less chance of failure ?? Kuchh bhi !! A bill is passed by cabinet and parliament . None of them are private player. And this bill was passed without due process .
