@Deathwish_99 To learn from mistake you have to know the reason of mistake NOT the result of mistake. No one here is talking about reason of partition , they are talking about 'horrors' of partition. There is nothing to learn from it other than it serves as a 'horror movie' to shock us and be more hateful.

@Deathwish_99 Does not matter what you think. The horror stories of partition should be forgotten not repeated in people's mind to keep up the hatred. We should focus on the mistakes that lead to partition.

@Deathwish_99 Not at all. WHo told you people have forgotten ? What makes you think people have forgotten the cause ? We still remember what happened. No one forgot. Stop assuming things about people. Horror of partition was simply people killing each other. There is nothing to learn from it. What we must look at is why we got divided . Thats all.

@asimshabbir5578 I dont think the mess started only after US or Russia invaded. The mess was already there because of conservative Afghans followed mullahs way too much than they should have. Its a tribal backward country. Repeatedly the clergy tried to defeat the kinds of Afghanistan whenever they tried to introduce modern systems. There was always tension between the clergy and the modern people. Its a mindset problem.
