I have no doubt UA troops put a yellow arm band on a Russian or UA defector if this is legitimate. Zelensky demands an investigation into this all the while ignoring his own troops shooting / torturing & murdering Russian POW's, the AZOV Battalion have posted their own crimes online, acts such as stabbing a Russian POW in the eye until the knife entered his brain and killed him - where is the ICC's investigation into these war crimes? (along with UA's chemical weapons use, all posted online)
