  7.  @terjeoseberg990 2019 RU sent NATO & the USA a draft for security framework for Europe to avoid conflict - ignored by both. Stoltenberg is on video saying they received it. Oleksii Arestovych former muitary officer & aid to UA President is on video saying "the price for UA to join NATO is to provoke a war with RU that leads to RU defeat." Arestovych is also on video saying RU were extremely generous with concessions including withdrawel of all troops fro UA - for neutrality. Boris Johnson (UK) flew to UA and told Zelensky not to sign peace agreement. 2019 US Military commissioned the Rand Corporation to conduct surveys on how to antagonise & provoke RU who the US Army acknowledged were trying to avoid conflict. This is Americas war, a continuation of their FOREVER WARS all so US congress become $$ millionaires from kickbacks from US weapons manufacturers. Blinken & Loyd Austin - the war is good for the US economy creating jobs - & no US troops are dying. Look at Raytheons stock prices increase over the past 2 years. RU has repeatedly stated they are open for peace talks - all shot down by the USA. Had Boris Johnson not flown to UA and told Zelensky not to sigh peace - this would have ended in April 2022. Had the USA / NATO agreed to the new security framework for EU - it never would have happened. Had the USA not lied re NATO expansion it never would have happened. What did the USA do when the USSR were t put missiles in Cuba? the US illegally blockaded shipping in international waters and depth charged Soviet submarines to drive them to the surface & almost started WW3. Why does the USA have over 900 military bases around the world - encircling their so called enemies? USA has to find enemies all around the globe to justify their $$ billion annual military budget
