  2. why? it is good business sense as now the US weapons manufacturers now get multi million dollar contracts for new weapons, the members of congress get the financial kickbacks from these weapons manuf who got them in power & the pillies get to launder money back to themselves. The US and its forever wars where they go from one illegal war to the next - is all about profit
