the reason the USA pays for biological research / weapons in other countries is because these research facilities in other nations don't have to meet the same safety standards as in western countries, and now they are complaining saying they violated protocols - only because the virus "escaped" and the truth is being exposed of US funding. As usual the USA trying to blame the other party instead of accepting responsibility

US sent cluster muntions which are prohibited under the Convention on Cluster Munitions, now Biden sends anti personnel mines which are prohibited under the Ottawa Convention. Biden has repeatedly gone against his own red lines - tanks, F16's etc and has now crossed RU's red lines by strikes inside RU where US troops must program and fire long range missiles etc. As usual the western governments will be silent on this
