  1. RU has repeatedly said they are open for peace talks, even as far back as April 2022. It is the USA who denies these talks from taking place so the African leaders need to take it up with the USA warmongers. Of course the USA will say to the African Nations - "dump RU & China and allow the USA back in to rape your countries of their oil, gas and mineral wealth and we will also lecture you on LGBTQ+, democracy etc, and then we will arrange peace talks in UA"
