USA is responsible for UA - had the US followed up RU's security framework for security in EU proposal in 2021 then it never would have happened. But then the US Army got the Rand Corporation in 2019 to compile ways to provoke RU who the USA acknowledged were trying to avoid conflict. All so the US could overthrow Putin & rape RU of its oil, gas and mineral wealth
