Oleksii Arestovych - former military officer & aid to UA President is on video stating that the price for UA to join NATO is to provoke war with RU that leads to RU's defeat. Arestovych is also on video stating RU was extremely generous with concessions including removal of all troops - for UA's neutrality. Amd of course peace was to be signed in April 2022 until Boris Johnson flew to Kiev & told Zelensky not to sign

Zelensky was voted in saying he would end the civil war, once in power instead of ending the shelling he increased it as noted by OSCE (Organisation for Security & C-Operation in Europe) - even pro west organisation hilited Ukraines genocide of RU speakers in the Donbas

@GeorgePapadopolous This was the ﬁrst referendum on autonomy in the USSR, and 93.6% of Crimeans agreedto be attached to Moscow. The Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of Crimea (ASSR Crimea), abolished in 1945, was thus re-established on 12 February 1991 by the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR. On 17 March, Moscow organized a referendum for the maintenance of the Soviet Union, which would be accepted by Ukraine, thus indirectly validating the decision of the Crimeans. At this stage, Crimea was under the control of Moscow and not Kiev, while Ukraine was not yet independent. As Ukraine organized its own referendum for independence, the participation of the Crimeans remained weak, because they did not feel concerned anymore. Ukraine became independent six months after Crimea, and after the latter had proclaimed its sovereignty on September 4. On February 26, 1992, the Crimean parliament proclaimed the “Republic of Crimea” with the agreement of the Ukrainian government, which granted it the status of a self-governing republic. On 5 May 1992, Crimea declared its independence and adopted a Constitution. The city of Sevastopol, managed directly by Moscow in the communist system, had a similar situation, having been integrated by Ukraine in 1991, outside of all legality.

It sent its special forces to overthrow Yuri Mechkov, President of Crimea, and de facto annexed the Republic of Crimea, thus triggering popular demonstrations for the attachment of Crimea to Russia. An event hardly reported by the Western media. Crimea was then governed in an authoritarian manner by presidential decrees from Kiev.

@GeorgePapadopolous Crimea has been Russian since the 1800's - take a history lesson. RU also had a naval base in Crimea so had troops there already. Former NATO Swiss Colonel & UN Peacekeeper Jacques Baud stated they found NO proof (also using Polish intelligence) of RU in eastern UA from 2014 - check OSCE records, stating RU said the Donbas was a civil war & UA's problem, MH was shot down by UA as it was a civil war. do you actually do any of your own research or just believe CNN? USA has dropped on average 40 bombs a day, every day for the past 20 years on Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan - the list goes on.

@GeorgePapadopolous Crimea has been part of RU since the 1800,s under Catherine the Great and voted to be governed by RU in 1991 6 months BEFORE UA voted for independance - do you actually do any research or just rely n CNN?
