  1. More reliable reporters say there is no proof RU has used cluster bombs - yet. Ukraine however has no problem using petal bombs in the Donbas, chemical weapons, torture & executing POW's - all with the support of the USA / EU / NATO. Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and later Afghanistan are still suffering from USA land mines and unexploded ordnance. Why are these world leaders flying the globe to diswcuss climate issues? what is wrong with zoom calls?
